Jewellery Rental Terms & Conditions
Rental Duration
Jewellery is rented for a period of 24 to 48 hours only from the time of delivery/pickup.
Late Return Policy
If the jewellery is not returned within the agreed time, additional rental charges will be applied.
Extended usage will result in increased rent based on duration.
Security Deposit (Advance Amount)
A refundable advance/security deposit must be paid at the time of booking.
Any extra charges (late return, damages, etc.) will be deducted from this amount.
The remaining amount will be refunded after safe return and inspection of the jewellery.
Damage or Loss
Customers are responsible for maintaining the jewellery in good condition.
In case of damage, loss, or missing parts, charges will be deducted from the advance amount.
If the damage cost exceeds the deposit, the customer must pay the balance.
Return Condition
Jewellery must be returned in the same condition as provided.
Items will be checked before refunding the deposit.
Agreement & Verification
The rental agreement must be signed at the time of pickup of the jewellery.
The customer must provide a valid address proof (Aadhar Card, Driving License, etc.).
Jewellery will not be handed over without completing these formalities.
Responsibility
The customer is fully responsible for the jewellery during the rental period.
Jewellery should not be handed over to others.
Acceptance of Terms
By renting the jewellery, the customer agrees to all the above terms and conditions.
