Refunds are only applicable in cases where there is a genuine issue with the product, such as when a damaged, defective, or incorrect item has been received. To process any such request, a mandatory unboxing video is required as proof.

2. Important Conditions

The unboxing video must be clear and recorded continuously without any cuts. It should begin before opening the package and clearly show the condition of the product upon arrival. Claims submitted without valid video proof will not be accepted under any circumstances.

3. Timeframe for Requests

All refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Requests made after this timeframe may not be considered, as it becomes difficult to verify the condition of the product.

4. Refund Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take approximately 5 to 7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in cases such as a change of mind after purchase, minor variations in color or design due to lighting or display differences, or damage caused by improper handling after delivery.

6. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable. However, in cases where the issue is due to our error, such as sending a wrong or defective product, the applicable charges may be refunded.
