1. Orders & Payments

All orders placed on our website can be prepaid or paid using Cash on Delivery (COD). We offer secure payment options including UPI, debit or credit cards, net banking, and digital wallets. Orders are considered confirmed upon successful placement - prepaid orders after payment confirmation, and COD orders subject to availability and verification. We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of stock unavailability or verification issues.

2. Pricing & Product Availability

All prices listed on our website are in INR and are subject to change without prior notice. While we strive to maintain accurate inventory, product availability may vary, and we cannot guarantee that all items will always be in stock.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery timelines usually range between 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. However, delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details, as we are not liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect information.

4. Damage & Claims

Customers are required to record a clear and continuous video while unboxing their package. This video serves as proof in case of any issues. Claims related to damaged, missing, or incorrect items will only be accepted if valid unboxing video evidence is provided. Requests without such proof will not be considered.

5. Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns based on change of mind or personal preference. Refunds or replacements are only applicable in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue is due to our error.

6. Product Disclaimer

All products sold on our website are imitation jewellery. Slight variations in color, size, or design may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen settings. Customers are advised to handle jewellery with care and avoid exposure to water, perfumes, or chemicals to maintain product quality.
